Overview of the Assignment:
This assignment involves managing and coordinating insurance claims and payment to partners. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely resolution of claims and maintaining effective communication with our insurance partners also payment to partners.
The Job Scopes:
- Ensure efficient and accurate data reporting for insurance claims
Maintain effective communication with insurance partners- Monitor and ensure adherence to SLA claims
Monitor & compiling payment request from stakeholders
Requirements / Criteria:
- Good in Gsheet or excel (vlook up, h look up, pivot)
Experience in insurance claims management > preferable- Proficiency in data management and reporting
Experience in using Zendesk & JIRA or similar customer service software > preferable
- Knowledge of SLA monitoring and enforcement
Experience in conducting meetings and training sessions- Minimum 2 year as administration staf with knowledge related Insurance Process & Payment
Bachelors graduated
