Job Description

Overview of the Assignment:

This assignment involves managing and coordinating insurance claims and payment to partners. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely resolution of claims and maintaining effective communication with our insurance partners also payment to partners.

The Job Scopes:
  • Ensure efficient and accurate data reporting for insurance claims
Maintain effective communication with insurance partners
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to SLA claims
Monitor & compiling payment request from stakeholders

Requirements / Criteria:
  • Good in Gsheet or excel (vlook up, h look up, pivot)
Experience in insurance claims management > preferable
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting
Experience in using Zendesk & JIRA or similar customer service software > preferable
  • Knowledge of SLA monitoring and enforcement
Experience in conducting meetings and training sessions
  • Minimum 2 year as administration staf with knowledge related Insurance Process & Payment
Bachelors graduated

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Experience:

* Admin Insurance: 2 years (Preferred)
