EB Analytics was recruited as an initiative to maintain renewal health. EB Analytics help to ensure our clients renewals at Qoala are healthy. Involves analyzing each renewal account thoroughly, providing clients with detailed benefit advice, and suggesting impactful ideas that can influence client decisions.
Job Description
- Present Claim Report to Client (Q1 Q4) and advise the Client related to Employee health conditions in overall and/or claim or treatment review on case by case basis.
- Recommendation for Wellness Activity and collaborate with Insurance and/or other vendor (Hospital/Clinics, Optic or Telemedicine party) related to Top Diagnose or employee healthy lifestyle/environment.
- Review on Claim Data by coordinating with Placement & Existing Benefit/TC by making Adequacy Benefit Report (AKM = Angka Kecukupan Manfaat) for recommendation if Client need to increase/decrease existing limit or not, or additional Benefit/TC to expand the insurance coverage.
- Create and prepare renewal quotation/ offer best suited client's needs.
- Maintain relationships with insurance companies through joint visits and regular communication to foster collaboration and resolve issues effectively.
Requirements
- Min 4 years of experience in claim analytical (Underwriting).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in maintaining relationships with insurance companies is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
