Your Role
Your primary objective will be to complete the assigned task effectively, efficiently + timely, delivering the highest
customer excellence + within agreed key performance indicators (KPI).
Your Responsibilities
To keep track of daily activities + report daily status to your manager.
To take timely + proactive measures to avoid potential escalations.
To undertake the transport planning of orders/shipments + forecasting.
To contribute in improvement initiatives by sharing productivity/ improvement ideas related to processes.
To record + manage deviations / escalations in the day to day processes.
To ensure visibility of shipments of all kinds, update + follow up on missing statuses in the system.
To work with different stakeholders to obtain necessary information or documents related to shipment planning.
To validate all the shipping documents + maintain records.
To adhere to existing Company Guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures and Working Instructions following the business process mapping (BPM) structure.
Your Skills and Experiences
Bachelor degree in logistics / supply chain management, business administration or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics or freight forwarding
Proficiency in sea logistics, air logistics and trucking operations.
Strong presentation and communication skills
Excellent administrative & documentation abilities
Ability to converse fluently in Bahasa Indonesia & English
