• Location: Bali, Indonesia

• Job descriptions:

Create detailed design concepts, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models, that reflect the clients vision and meet project requirements

• Oversee the interior design process from conception through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

Research and select materials, furnishings, and finishes that meet design specifications and quality standard

• Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction and installation, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the integration of structural, mechanical, and electrical elements with the interior design

• Incorporate sustainable design principles and materials into projects to minimize environmental impact

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure adherence to design plans, and address any issues that arise during construction

• Job requirements:

Bachelors degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field

• Professional experience in interior architecture or a similar role

Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
