Generate leads, and build relation with client, Architects, Interior designer by setup meeting for presentation & design, update new product and possibly new potential projects
Follow up project owner and architect/interior designer as target set, reach new customer and maintain existing customer
Managing interior projects from making proposal, quotation, site survey, finalizing finishes, creating order list, managing customer payments, supervising delivery and set up
Collaborate with internal designer, involve calculating with estimator and whole team work to provide project proposal
Build strategy plan for sales & marketing; manage sales target monthly for closer achievement the target; and sales business report
Handling customer complaints
Evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing progress until achieve the target
Bachelor Degree Interior Design, Architecture
4-5 Years experienced selling high end furniture, kitchen, lighting.
Wide networking with famous interior designer, contractor, design & build
Able to operate 2D & 3D Design and calculating quotation
Able to operate software design using Al tech
