Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Intern to join our team and assist in Administrative Support. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for active student to gain hands-on experience dimension control in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Under supervision and with guidance, you will be involved in learning and assisting with:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks at the clinic, including scheduling, filing, managing correspondence, handling transaction documents and invoices, organizing and maintaining clinic records, coordinating health programs and initiatives, and providing support to medical staff during patient consultations and treatments
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- Active college student in D3/D4/S1. (Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Public Administration, or related fields)
- Internship at McDermott Indonesia, Batam is only open to active students.
- Must be registered as an active student during the internship period.
- Only students from Indonesian universities are eligible.
- Must be willing to conduct the internship in Batam, Indonesia.
- Flexible duration, up to 8 months
- Applicants should not be participating in another internship program.
- Applicants should have strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to follow instructions.
