Currently we're opening several internship opportunities in Product Marketing division. Each position needs 1 headcount. Here are the job details:

Technical Product Ops Intern

This position will sit under the Product Marketing Ops department (Product Marketing division), which existed because they're in charge of documentation, collaboration in the product team, as well as understanding engineering processes, resources, PRD development, backlogs, grooming as well as testing and ensuring the final output or feature is aligned with what is expected.

What you will do:

  1. Proactively gain an understanding of business context and requirements to ensure supporting processes and systems are updated and capable of realizing business opportunities.
  2. Create documentation and user flows on our existing platform and identify potential improvements.
  3. Create technical resources for our 3rd party platforms (analytics, attribution, translation, and customer relationship).

What you will need:

  1. Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information System, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or any other related field.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, are confident to use English as an occassional working language.
  3. Highly organized, meticulous, able to keep track of deadlines, and good problem-solving as well as showing can-do attitude.
  4. Possess a basic understanding of UI/UX.
  5. Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA & Confluence, trello, notion, etc), product/marketing knowledge, diagramming tools (Figjam, Flow.io, draw.io), marketing analytic tools (mixpanel, Google Analytics, Braze, Appsflyer, etc), APIs/SDKs/other technical integration process is a plus.

Product Marketing Ops Intern

This position will sit under the Product Marketing Ops department (Product Marketing division), which existed because they're in charge of documentation, collaboration in the product team, as well as understanding engineering processes, resources, PRD development, backlogs, grooming as well as testing and ensuring the final output or feature is aligned with what is expected.

What you will do:

  1. Identify core workflows and documentation, developing a glossary or wiki, including a Starter Pack for the Product Marketing team.
  2. Work with Ops leaders to develop and implement new processes and documentation where needed to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
  3. Conduct a thorough data analysis and process mapping to identify obstacles, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Develop and implement relevant processes and technologies to optimize the organization's internal operations.
  5. Create process documentation and guidelines, including standard operating procedures and workflow diagrams, including timelines and deadlines.
  6. Provide training and support to team members on new processes and best practices.
  7. Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for product marketing efforts and help prepare reports that summarize the effectiveness of different campaigns.
  8. Assist in the coordination of product marketing launches, including preparing launch materials, setting up internal communication channels, and tracking post-launch metrics.

What you will need:

  1. Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in marketing, business administration, economics/statistics or a related field is often expected or in the final year of education.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, are confident to use English as an occassional working language.
  3. Highly organized, meticulous, able to keep track of deadlines, and good problem-solving as well as showing can-do attitude.
  4. Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA & Confluence, trello, notion, etc), product/marketing knowledge, diagramming tools (Figjam, Flow.io, draw.io), marketing analytic tools (mixpanel, Google Analytics, Braze, Appsflyer, etc) is a plus.

Performance Marketing Intern

This position will sit under the Performance Marketing department (Product Marketing division). Performance Marketing team existed to boost customer acquisition & engagement as well as driving revenue through online channels such as search engines, social media networks, and all advertising platforms.

What you will do:

  1. Support the execution and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across various channels, such as SEM, UAC, Meta Ads.
  2. Track and measure all digital marketing metrics including (but not limited to) actual spend, conversion volumes, ROAS metrics, optimization per day, etc.
  3. Be able to use, understand and manage analytics and database tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and performance marketing platforms, to ensure data accuracy and reporting for quick decision making.
  4. Generate comprehensive reports and documentation on the performance of marketing campaigns, presenting insights, and recommending optimizations.
  5. Clear and persuasive presentation skill. Understand the presented data, reason of presenting and to whom the data is presented.
  6. Research competitors and their strategies to find the gaps in the industry and accordingly set up marketing and advertising goals for the brand.

What you will need:

  1. Min. Bachelor's Degree from Marketing/Digital Marketing/Business/Economics, or any other related majors.
  2. Recent graduate with a strong interest in the financial technology industry, preferably in investment products such as forex, stocks, and mutual funds.
  3. Prior knowledge and experience on platforms on digital ads (such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, etc) and social media ads (such as TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc) are prioritized.
  4. Very eager to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies, especially marketing analytics to analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics (such as GA4, Appsflyer, Branch, Firebase, etc).

CRM (Customer Engagement) Intern

The position will sit under the CRM (Customer Relationships Management) department. CRM team existed to provide a consistent and integrated digital customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints. It connects communication channels such as phone calls, push, email, live chat, social media and more to create a cohesive customer journey.

What you will do:

  1. Collaborate with the creative team to develop campaign assets and create a PRD for the IT team when enhancements are needed, applying effective project management throughout the process.
  2. Analyze campaign metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Summarize findings to provide actionable insights for optimizing future campaigns.
  3. Conduct regular A/B testing for CRM campaigns to identify the most effective strategies and content. Analyze the results to refine campaign approaches and improve overall performance.
  4. Maintain and update the CRM communication calendar, ensuring all campaigns are scheduled appropriately and executed in alignment with the overall product marketing strategy.
  5. Handle basic troubleshooting tasks, such as identifying and resolving minor issues with campaign execution, data discrepancies, or communication errors. Escalate complex issues as needed.

What you will need:

  1. Min. Bachelor's Degree from Business/Engineering or any other related majors.
  2. Recent graduate with a strong interest in the financial technology industry, preferably in investment products such as forex, stocks, and mutual funds.
  3. Understanding of digital marketing or product management concepts. Previous experience in relevant educational courses or programs would be an advantage.
  4. Prior knowledge or eagerness to learn skills relevant to CRM platforms and systems.
  5. Interest in learning programming concepts (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and API (Application Programming Interfaces) basics.
  6. Good communication & interpersonal skills, attention to detail and critical thinking with proactive attitude & eagerness to learn.
