Job Description

Responsibilities

What you'll Contribute on:

  • Lead internal audits across departments to assess controls, compliance, and risk.
  • Evaluate financial controls and identify risks for accurate reporting.
  • Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practice.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential red flags ; ensure that insights to emerging risk and controls are identified and managed.
  • Act as a point of contact for external audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Foster a culture of integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you need to have:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Possess minimum 3 years of auditing experience, ideally in financial auditing.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and risk management.
  • Be proficient in using audit software and performing data analysis.
  • Have a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and internal controls.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
  • Manage time effectively and collaborate well across functions.
