Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Control & Planning Supervisor CK at SARIRASA GROUP in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role will involve tasks related to analytical skills, planning, production planning, communication, and supply chain management to ensure efficient operations and quality control within the organization.

Job Desc :

• Monitor sales projections vs. actual sales
• Monitor sold-out and waste for each store
• Monitor inventory levels at each store and coordinate to ensure inventory meets the set standards
• Monitor stock accuracy at each store
• Monitor work order accuracy at each store
• Monitor the fill rate from DP, suppliers, and 3PL to each store

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) or Inventory Planning & Control in F&B / Restaurant
• Analytical Skills and Planning abilities
• Experience in Production Planning and handling multiple branches and numerous SKU (min 1500 SKU)
• Strong Communication skills
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management
• Attention to detail and problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the food or hospitality industry is a plus
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, using ERP programs and dasboards
• Ready to mobile (Jabodetabek) & Work 6 days / week (West Jakarta)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Informatics or Engineering or related field
