Since its inaugural exhibition in 2016, Chaoyu Expo has experienced rapid growth, expanding its influence and garnering increased recognition from both customers and esteemed professional organizations. In 2023, Chaoyu Expo proudly oversees 15 projects for international exhibitions and foreign trade showrooms, encompassing a diverse array of industries including consumer

electronics and home appliances, gifts and housewares, babies and toys, hotels and catering supplies, building materials and decorations, as well as cross-border e-commerce.

Role Description

As a Sales executive,the primary responsibility is to facilitate booth sales to companies to participate becoming exhibitors in IBTE Indonesia. The day-to-day tasks include finding lead clients, do a cold phone, setting meeting online and offline with potential exhibitors, introducing core value of the show, executing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships.

Main duties & responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients as well as establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand each client's products and services and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and act as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Use market insights to adjust sales strategies and identify potential growth areas.
  • Maintain detailed sales records and reports, and tracking progress of payment.
  • Present regular sales reports to the management team.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals monthly and yearly.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote additional services to existing clients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in B2B of Baby Brands / Baby Manufacture / Baby Supplies Importers
  • Experience as a Key Account Manager or in merchandising sales
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in presenting and negotiating with clients.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborative attitude to work effectively with internal teams, including operations, pricing, and finance.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, and other sales-related tools.
  • Aggressive, Self-motivated, driven to achieve and exceed sales targets for both revenue based and volume based.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and strategies.
  • Have own car / motorcycle to visit client.
