YOUR TASK
- Supporting on administration task related to;-
- Being responsible to prepare entry/ customs permits for visitors, vendors & goods to enter the airport cargo area.
- Manage facility supplies inventory and order/ replace as needed.
- Coordinate the repair and maintenance requirements in the facility and work with vendors and contractors as per guideline.
- Handle customs and handling agent payment process and issue cheques as needed.
- Manage the gate pass application process for all DHL staff & vehicles entering the gateway facility.
- Manage the process and documentation related to vendor Invoices, purchase orders and goods receipt notes.
- Coordinate facility activities and events with the management team on employee engagement activity.
- Responsible to obtain/ renew facility operating licenses and prepare & submit the required documentation (to be done annually).
- Other administrative tasks such as manage shared folders, update organization charts as needed, work with Human Resources on new / renewal DHL identity cards etc.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor Degree student
- Final year student
- Minimum CGPA 3.00 and above
- Internship duration minimum 3 - 6 months
- Good knowledge & skills in Microsoft application
