Manage sourcing (search for candidates), screening (select candidates) and prepare candidates for interviews.Conduct source candidate activities, namely posting job vacancies through various platforms. Conduct initial screening of candidates who have applied for posted job vacancies. Cooperate with social media accounts to post job vacancies. Carry out event activities related to source candidates either in Jakarta or outside Jakarta. Admin job related to sales force offering process. Maintain sales force database in the internal system. Check the AASI status of prospective sales force.
