Requirements:- Specialized in Culinary & Hospitality or equivalent.
Willingness to learn and help other out to work as a team.- Exhibit flexible, proactive and positive character.
Able to understand the sense of urgency and how time moves differently in a kitchen.

Ensure the preparation, production and presentation of foods follow the SOP and at highest quality all the time
To be involved in R&D for development of new menu, and keeping track of all records.
Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation regulations in the outlet and maintain the highest standard of hygiene
- Keep kitchen area clean and organized.
Assist and support kitchen chef in food preparation
