During the internship period, you will be exposed to additional tasks to be carried out seamlessly to meet overall project timeline, communication & leadership involvement
Job Description
Developing templates for Internal Communication
Video editing and recording for Internal publication
Providing support for events by preparing materials
Providing support for events by liaising with respective departments
Liaising and Follow-up with vendors
Simple write-ups for notice or announcement
Designing of Internal promotional materials
Maintaining Internal website
Review and Ensuring Branding compliance across the plant
Other ad-hoc administrative and tasks assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
Fresh graduate or at least minimum 1 year to 2 years beginner working experience in communication
Degree in Business Management / International Business / Communication / Marketing (Major in communication, improvements, management, or others related).
Ability to engage & communicate well with all levels of people
Simple presentation skills
Ability to Multi-Task
Competent in MS Windows like Excel, Words, Powerpoint
Internship Start in Aug 22 or Sept 22 for 6 months
