HR Internship
Duration: 3 months 6 months (On-site at Penang Science Park)
Responsibilities:
Managing & upkeep of office and general equipment.
Involve in inventory management.
Handling general documentation and paperwork.
To support and coordinate the company event / team building activities
To generate and prepare employees attendance report
To assist in documents filling and letter issuance
Gathering any information required by the company.
Handling other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
General office and administrative duties
Requirements:
Candidate working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
Basic understanding of Labour Law and other statutory requirements.
Good analytical, problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and multitasking skills.
Required skill(s) : Microsoft Office
Required language(s) : English, Malay & Mandarin
