Responsibilities
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be given preference
Assist in the daily operations of Sales Department.- Closely follow upon customer schedule and coordinate with Production to meet the required delivery date.
Create work orders and liaise with customer on their requirements.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior and Management.
Follow up shipment by ensuring smooth delivery to customer- Communicates proactively with inter-departments to resolve issues
Provide quotation to new and existing customer
- Update of sales report to compare forecast VS actual sales
Any other ad-hoc task assigned by superior
Requirement- Completed the final year and ready to work
Internship period minimum 4 months
