Responsibilities:
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
Providing product information, problem solving, and technical assistance to customers in relevant marketplaces.
Recapping daily stock and monthly stock of goods.
Arranging products packing and monitoring quality for each product before delivery.
Responsible for managing affiliator operations with relevant stakeholders.
Supporting regular company events and campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in management, business, or any major.
Having 1-2 years of experience in customer service operations.
Having good empathetic listening and communication skills.
Having good interpersonal communication skills, able to coordinate needs and requirements across different teams.
Able to work in a fast paced environment, possess great flexibility and preferably someone who loves sport.
