DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement an industrial relations strategy with a key focus on modernizing and engaging employees.
- Design and development of ER policy, processes, and tools to deliver required changes at all levels of the organization.
- Responsible for Industrial Relations activities including handling disciplinary cases and advising management on best industry practices.
- Set direction, create policy, and offer expert advice in all matters relating to collective bargaining and corporate-wide industrial relations issues.
- To develop a system to link performance to payroll and remuneration to encourage productivity.
- Support and align cultural and behavioral change necessary for all corporate IR/ER program.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree in law (or equivalent).
- Proven work experience in the IR & ER field for a manufacturing or distribution company.
- Strong negotiation skills and conflict resolution abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management at all levels.
- Understanding about employment law and regulations.
