Our first product, Kredivo, which integrates at merchant checkout, qualifies e-commerce buyers for instant ecommerce purchase financing at rates, which are much lower than consumer finance companies. We do this by using breakthrough technology and science to unlock unprecedented insights about credit risk and fraud from multiple data sources: phone, social networks, telco, financial and location data.
Kredivo is looking for an experienced IT Application Lead, as the owner of all Enterprise Applications, and the main strategist for the management and utilization of the applications. This role will be responsible for the whole lifecycle of Enterprise Apps, as well as the value extracting from the investment.
About the job:
Lead the overall IT Application team and assume ownership of all Enterprise Applications, as agreed by the leadership.
Responsible for the management strategy of all Enterprise applications, including: gap analysis and roadmap planning, business analysis and alignment, and resource planning.
Responsible for the daily management of Enterprise Applications under the IT team, which include but not limited to: Directory Service (on cloud), Google Workspace Enterprise, Instant Collaboration tools (i.e. Slack and Zoom), In-house apps, and Enterprise Security tools.
Lead the overall IT Application initiatives, including improvements, policy development, rollout and decommissioning, etc.
Lead the monitoring and periodic evaluations of the application functionalities, and include all improvement points within roadmap
Maintain alignment of initiatives, projects, plans to other verticals within the team such as: Network, Identity, and Ops
About you:
Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in the field of science or engineering.
At least 6 years experience in the space of managing the lifecycle of enterprise SaaS applications such as (but not limited to) Directory Services, Email Services, Cloud File Storage and Collaboration, and Meeting Platform beyond user management.
At least 2 years of experience leading a team of engineers working with enterprise SaaS applications, and able to demonstrate understanding of business values of applications.
Aptitude towards fundamental concepts within enterprise applications, for example: Application types and roles (HRIS or Directory Service), SSO technologies, Email technologies and standard, Integration technologies, Application architecture, and Security technologies.
Non-technical aptitude towards topics surrounding the management of Enterprise Applications, such as: Licensing Model, Budgeting and Cost strategy, Business/Application Policies and Procedures, and Team development
High sense of ownership of job scope and managed portfolios, able to operate / propose independently with minimal supervision.
Able to work within gray areas within the teams, and establish structure or proper scope to move forward
Possess leadership quality to lead the team within the organization culture
Assertive, able to propose improvements or initiatives after observation on specific application scopes
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Strong observation skills and strong instinct for customer behavior and needs
Strong analytical skills, supported with the ability to write compelling analysis and reports for a specific purpose. For example: Cost Benefit Analysis, RCA, etc.
