Job Description:
- Develop and execute the IT department in building, maintaining, and enhancing robust systems for loan origination, disbursement, repayment tracking, and reporting alignment with business objectives and OJK regulations.
- Ensure the platforms scalability, security, and high availability through proactive planning and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of the P2P lending platform, including core modules like loan management systems, borrower-lender matching algorithms, and payment processing.
- Manage API integrations with external services.
- Ensure systems are designed to support business growth while maintaining operational stability and high performance.
- Ensure all IT systems comply with OJK regulatory requirements, including data protection, privacy, and reporting standards.
- Implement and monitor disaster recovery, business continuity, and data backup strategies to minimize business risk.
- Lead and manage IT projects end-to-end, ensuring they are delivered on time.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to ensure IT solutions meet business and regulatory needs.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, including cloud services, payment processors, and other technical partners.
- Negotiate and monitor contracts, ensuring that service levels meet company expectations and operational needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field A strong foundational knowledge of IT systems, programming, and software development.
- Certifications (optional but advantageous):
- Knowledge of managing servers, cloud services, and networking infrastructure.
- Understanding of API, database management, and how software development integrates into the P2P platform.
- Experience in implementing security measures, data encryption, and knowledge of relevant security standards (ISO, PCI-DSS, GDPR).
- Knowledge of troubleshooting, helpdesk systems, and ticket management.
- Relevant experience in IT, with a minimum of 2 years in a management role.
- in P2P lending or other digital lending platforms is preferred, given the specific regulations and technical requirements.
- IT projects, overseeing third-party service providers, and ensuring project delivery.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking to resolve technical issues and make IT-related decisions.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and budgets simultaneously.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff and senior management.
- Experience working closely with software developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to implement technology solutions.
- Understanding of P2P lending regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., OJK regulations in Indonesia).
