Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Business Analyst or equivalent.

Experience using Figma to create Mock Up
Having basic skill in SQL Query, Stored Procedure and Functions.
Have knowledge on SDLC, Changes or Project Tracking Tools
Have knowledge on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or Customer & Employee Experience
Experience working in Financial, Banking or Insurance Industrywill be point
Ready hybrid or WFO.
