IT Business Analyst

Role Description

1. Understand the user's business and analyze how our solutions match the user's business needs.
2. Gather user requirements and produce specifications for new or modified systems.
3. Create business and system related documents such as FSD, HLD, IT, ST.
4. Collaborate with programmers to develop systems.
5. Carry out testing to ensure the solution provided meets user needs.
6. Train users on a system and record users feedback.
7. Monitor the effectiveness of the new system on the user's business.

Qualifications

1. Passion in software development.
2. Knowledge in design diagram such as UML, BPMN, ERD, etc.
3. Knowledge in designing and compiling FSD (Functional Specification Document).
4. Familiar with Java.
5. Excellent communication skill.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
7. Bachelors degree from Information System, Computer Science, Computerized Accounting, or equivalent with minimum GPA 3.50 (on a scale of 4.00).
8. Fresh graduates are welcome.
