Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Performing requirements analysis.
  • Create Business Requirement documents and Functional Specification Document.
  • Installation and configuration for computer operating systems, printers, and company applications.
  • Evaluating and documenting business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in Engineering Computer, Informatics Engineering or Information Systems with Min. GPA 3.0
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting, Security, LAN, Hardware, Software, Server, Networking
  • At least 3 years of working experience in IT Support
  • Age maximum 30 years old
  • Minimum 2 (two) year experience as Business Analyst or Functional Analyst
  • Having good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, judgment and problem solving skills
  • Willing to work in Nganjuk and all area
  • Understand IT system knowledge
