The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique business needs
- Present and articulate our services and effectively demonstrating how they address client challenges
- Negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with the recruitment consultants and IT PM to ensure accurate representation of service capabilities and seamless project transitions
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients
- Understand the company's products and unique selling propositions (USP).
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B Sales in IT Products & Services or Digital Products
- Experience in Software House or IT Outsourcing industry will be a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) will be a definite plus
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiar with CRM tools and possessing a database/leads will be a plus
- Able to work fully on-site & willing to be placed in Tebet, Jakarta Selatan.
