IT Business Partner Intern (Paid)

Job Descriptions:

• Assist in identifying and understanding the technology needs and challenges of different organizational business units.
• Improve efficiency and effectiveness across all business units with the use of technology.
• Assist in developing a consolidated dashboard according to the needs of each business unit (Airtable, Looker Studio, etc)
• Support IT strategies, projects, and solutions with the specific goals and objectives of each business unit.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve issues or roadblocks related to IT services or technology implementations within business units.
• Maintain documentation of business requirements, project plans, and other relevant information.

Requirements:

• Final-year students or fresh graduates pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proven knowledge of IT concepts, solutions, & security.
• Ability to solving problems and work well in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Prior knowledge or experience with Airtable and Looker Studio will be a plus.
• Ability to use IT administration tools such as Google Workspace, Wix, Monday, & Click up will be a plus.
• This role is paid internship.
