Support area Corporate Sales, Field Sales, Business Development & Fulfilment to give service excellence to support API integration & system issue solution with customer/client
Develop deep understanding of customer needs and articulate how Ninja can address those pain points by presenting a solution and its business impact
Partner with Sales teams to develop and drive account strategy for key account and improve Ninja System quality
Requirements
Bachelor's degree of Information System, fresh graduates are welcome
Have 1-2 year of IT Business Analyst and/or Project Management experience
Have 1 year of SQL db or Metabase or Redash experience
Have 1 year of API integration will be a plus point
Have graduated from Bootcamp Program majoring in Product Management or Data Analytics from popular institution will be a plus point
Have support industry experience such as logistic, consultant, banking, IT services or product
Good communication, fluent in spoken and written in English
