Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Check API member constraints
  • Conduct manual flags
  • Manage Partnership API - Client (Followup integration, Key dev creation, key production creation, monitor client package problems, answer questions from client engineers)
  • Handle Partnership API - Expedition (OOC update, active Coverage)
  • Manage API documentation
  • Assist the webhook delivery process during SIT and UAT
  • Validate API integration that has been done by the client

Requirements

  • Minimum Fresh Graduation from IT major
  • Good understanding of the end to end process of an API partnership
  • Familiar with REST API tools such as Postman and Insomnia
  • Experience communicating with multiple teams/stakeholders from other departments
  • Good understanding of API integration troubleshooting
  • Understand the use of project management or issue tracking tools such as Jira
  • Ability to create and manage technical documentation
  • Understanding logistics business process will be a plus
