About the company:

Beautyhaul is one of the fastest-growing beauty companies in Indonesia that aspires to be the largest vertically integrated beauty ecosystem from supply to retail. Due to its exponential growth, the company has attracted investment from a reputable investor, Sequoia Capital.

Our first brand 'Somethinc was founded in 2019, and is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followers. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Job Description:

  • Respond to IT-related inquiries and handle complaints, providing effective solutions within established time limits and ensuring thorough follow-up to guarantee issue resolution.
  • Identify, suggest, and implement solutions when malfunctions occur with IT products or systems.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation for troubleshooting, procedures, and support processes.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on new systems, applications, or technologies.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for the IT division, managing and prioritizing support requests.
  • Set up and configure critical system features to optimize functionality and user experience.

Requirements:

  • High attention to detail with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
  • Enthusiastic about staying updated on web and mobile technology trends.
  • Must have experience using Odoo / ERP systems.
