IT Internship for PSLA
Responsibilities
- Take part in daily IT functions, primarily with the IT Service Desk.
- Respond to requests for IT assistance via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot incident tickets and advise users on appropriate actions with IT Helpdesk assistant.
- Identify and escalate situations which require urgent attention.
- Help install software programs that are requested of users.
- Manage IT Asset administration.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Graduate Degree or Last Semester in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Good communication.
- Good Attitude & Team worker.
- Eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of IT and computer OS.
