We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team. As an IT Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing our IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our computer systems and infrastructure. You will be responsible for overseeing large IT projects, managing a team of IT professionals, and implementing effective strategies to optimize our technology resources. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a focus on delivering exceptional IT services to support our organization's goals.
Lead and manage a team of IT Business Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Oversee the analysis of business requirements and the development of IT solutions that meet those requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.- Ensure that IT projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop and implement best practices for business analysis and project management.
- Monitor and report on the performance of IT systems and recommend improvements.
Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in IT and business analysis.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security, network access, and backup systems.
- Coordinate and manage IT projects, including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages.
Provide technical support and guidance to IT staff and end-users.- Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
