- Software (Access, VBA, UiPath RPA and Excel (Macro), Python and Coding)
- Certification (Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDA), Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), Cisco System Network, Oracle System)
- Collaborate with Japan HQ and IT vendors to design, create and implement systems or applications
- Create and implement IT (IT policy) including IT security policy
