Job Description:
Manage day-to-day IT operations, including network infrastructure, hardware, software,
and security.
Ensure the stability, security, and performance of the company's IT systems.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues.
Ensure SAP systems are aligned with business processes and support organizational
goals.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP systems, processes, and
configurations.
Conduct training sessions for end-users and IT staff to ensure effective use of SAP
applications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT Management with focus on SAP systems.
Experience with Financial software such as SAP.
Proven track record of successfully managing SAP implementations.
In-depth knowledge of SAP modules.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security.
Experience in managing IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
