Job Requirements :

• At least have experience in field technician in ISP or Managed Service Company
• Wiling to mobile in Jadetabek is a must. Prefereble domicile in Jakarta Utara
• Proactive, solo and team player
• Have experience with multi-brand device (Router, Desktop, Desktop Switch, Controller, Access point, Analog, CCTV, IP Cam, Cable TV, SmartTV, Smartlock, and other smart Building Devices)
• Have experience with ticketing system, NMS, and Mikrotik.

About The Role:

• Take personal responsibility for the quality, reliability, and availability of Rukita's network infrastructure.
• Maintain day-to-day operations and documentation of IT production infrastructure, including secure local and wide area networks and all other IT services.
• Proactively monitor systems, networks, and applications to provide input in improving the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of systems.
