As the Operations Manager, you will lead and oversee the company's operational functions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across teams and projects. You will be responsible for managing resources, controlling project quality, and improving overall operational efficiency. You will play a key role in steering the company's direction while collaborating with global teams to foster a supportive and high-performance work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall company operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
- Improve operational efficiency by setting clear objectives and KPIs for teams, ensuring alignment with the company's vision
- Oversee the direction of projects, ensuring all milestones are met, and managing any risks or issues that arise
- Manage resource allocation and optimize manpower utilization across all departments and teams
- Build and lead high-performance, diverse teams across global regions, fostering integration and a positive work culture
- Ensure attention to detail and maintain high-quality standards in all operational processes
- Provide regular reports and updates on project statuses, team performance, and operational metrics to executive management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Software Developers, HR, Finance, Sales) to ensure seamless coordination and communication across departments
Requirements
Must-have skills
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 8-15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in project and business management within the IT industry
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with a proven track record of improving efficiency and successfully leading projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in resource allocation and team management
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Software Development, HR, Finance, and Sales
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
Nice-to-have Skills
- Experience managing international teams or working with overseas clients
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, Scrum) or other related certifications
- Experience with operational tools or platforms (such as ERP, CRM systems) to improve efficiency
- Proficient communicate in French
