Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster) is a plus.
- Experienced in software development.
- Understanding in DevOps Tools Chain.
- Understanding in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Understanding in Cloud Platform
- 1-2 years of experience as a Team Lead or in a supervisory role in software development projects.
- Experience working with Front End and Back End technologies.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
- Together with leadership, create, own, and execute a product roadmap, vision, and strategy to be aligned with the company's goals
- Grow the business through delightful user experiences and a reliable operations stack
Qualification
- Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Experience with Responsive Design, UI/UX principles, and design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
- Knowledge of API integration and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiar with performance optimization and SEO practices.
- Proficiency in server-side languages like Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, or PHP.
- Understanding of Database Management Systems (DBMS) like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
