Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT SAP Head. The IT SAP Head will be responsible for:

• Follow all SAP solution policies, procedures, control sets, and best practices.
• Ensuring SAP report same as the approved report (work as a team with Accounting/Finance peers).
• Assist peers in relation to the SAP report or SAP system (if they have difficulties).
• Ensuring SAP runs smoothly during closing.
• Maintain the SAP to avoid bugs.
• Responsible for SAP customizing and keeping it up to date within the functional module. This includes new projects, system enhancement, support, and maintenance.
• Analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and document SAP Business Model.
• Ensuring all SAP Project goals are accomplished to the specifications and business objectives.

This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to ensure the effective use of SAP systems for the company's operations. The IT SAP Head will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration and optimization of SAP processes and support the company's overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science/Information Systems/IT.
• Min. 3 years of experience as an IT SAP Manager or SAP Consultant, preferably in the mining industry.
• Possess strong knowledge and experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and customization. Familiar with ABAP ERP software & SAP development tools.
• Having SAP certification will be advantageous.
• Possesses strong analytical and logical reasoning, problem-solving, debugging, and performance monitoring skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Possess strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
