Job Description:- Support users on IT related problems and troubleshoot user's PC or Laptop hardware and any software issues
Troubleshoot printer and wireless connection issues for user- Maintain company network and internet connection
Maintain company email system
- Maintain company web hosting
Maintain company PABX system- Maintain company file sharing system
Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for task related to supporting users and maintaining systems.
- Support in various IT related tasks
Minimum 2 years working experience as IT Staff.
- Experienced in supporting users and troubleshooting PC issues
Experienced in maintaining web hosting and email system- Have basic knowledge in server maintenance
Capability in supporting PABX configuration will be a plus
- Capability in programming or building simple software will be a plus
Bachelor Degree in IT or its related field minimum IPK of
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in spoken and written English.- Have good presentation skills is a plus.
Willing to conduct short-time travel outside Jakarta if needed.
- Hard worker, able to work under pressure.

- Have personal transportation vehicle and related driving license
