Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues on Apple and Windows devices in a timely manner
- Respond to internal support inquiries and provide technical assistance
- Ensure identified IT and Network issues are recorded, resolved and escalated correctly
- Train end-users on basic software and hardware functions
- Assisting in the onboarding process of new starters, ensuring that all PCs, laptops, software, peripherals, and accounts are working on the first day.
Qualifications:
- Understand at providing technical support to users of Windows and Apple operating systems and associated devices.
- Understand at technical knowledge of network engineering
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Customer focused with strong customer service skills.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
Nice to have:
Technical knowledge of MacOS & iOS
Willing to work in Berawa, Badung - Bali
