IT Tehnician

Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and simple network issues.

Set up and configure computers, peripherals, and accounts for new employees.

• Assist with the installation and maintenance of software applications.

Support company-wide technology initiatives and events.

• Create and maintain documentation for IT procedures and policies.

Perform regular maintenance on computer systems, including updates, patches, and backups.

• Ensure security measures are in place and updated, such as antivirus software and firewalls.

Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets.

• Assist in the procurement of IT equipment and software.

Manage warranties and service agreements.

• Job requirements

Possess at least Diploma in IT field.

• Problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of networking and cybersecurity,

• Communication and reporting skills.
