Job Description

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not always mandatory based on experience)
Proven experience as a Java Developer or similar role 2+ years
Experience in designing and building complex applications (experience with large databases or multi-threading is a plus)
Java (required): Strong command of Java SE and Java EE
Frameworks: Proficiency in Spring, Hibernate, or similar frameworks
Databases: Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and, optionally, NoSQL databases
Version Control: Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain robust, secure, and scalable Java applications
Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code based on industry standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features
Troubleshoot and resolve issues by debugging and performing root-cause analysis
Optimize application performance to improve speed and scalability
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge
Integrate databases and ensure data integrity with optimized queries and indexing
Document development processes, changes, and new functionalities
Stay up-to-date with the latest Java trends, libraries, and frameworks
