Conduct pre-analysis and profiling of prospective borrowers and their industry
Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting borrowers objectives
Acquiring new potential borrowers and maintaining good connections with the borrowers
Manage the end-to-end process of acquisition and incubation of potential borrowers (including but not limited to, leads generation, cold contact, and onboarding)
Help borrowers become familiar with the platform and its features
Maintain quality service and cooperation with borrowers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Build long-term relationships with new and existing borrowers
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business administration, sales or other business-related fields
Experience at least 1-2 years in banking and/or financial industries
Strong communication skills & organizational skills
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
Strong proficiency in MS Office and general computer use
Ability to effectively manage competing deadlines for projects in a high-pressure work environment, with varying degrees of supervision
