Main Role & Responsbilities :
- Product develop
- Brand activities
- Coordinate with Marketing Dept in the design of the promotional materials and maintains contacts with the Key Accounts and Distributors, to supervise all- promotional activities
- Responsible for management and monitoring of Trade Marketing Investments and initiatives execution
- Tracking and evaluation of category sales strategies and programs to meet company objective
- Provides analysis and insight in key focus areas of promotional effectiveness, pricing, planning, and linkage.
- Establishing channel strategies and implementing the associated plans.
- Responsible for Trade Marketing / Category Management process & solutions with external & internal customers to grow the categories.
- Understand about GT & MT
- Understand budgeting control ofr Marketing
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 10 years experience in Marketing management
- Able to communicate in English
- Experience in handling and set up promotion plan in General Trade and Modern Trade
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to relate to people from different levels and functions
- Well organized
- Must be strong at developing trade relationships
- Can manage complexity and uncertainty
- Comfortable with a high level of change
- Having a good presentation skills
- Experience in FMCG Company or Food and Beverage
- Willing to work in Taman Tekno, BSD
