Responsibilities
- Assist and support Brewery Manager and Sr People Business Partner in the development of people in line with goals, ambition and vision of the Brewery.
- To actively participate in Total Productive Management (TPM) approaches as a pillar leader and other pillar members as well as to promote & implement TPM as a way of working in the Brewery.
- Proactively creating conducive and positive working environment in the brewery.
- Monitoring the regular assessment of the people skill competencies and measuring the skill gap and providing gap analysis.
- Together with other People Development Pillar members provide the development needs of the employees and execute based on the priority from the assessments.
- Monitoring the implementation of the Performance Management cycle to be executed on time in full.
- Maintain relationship & promote employee engagement activities within internal organization.
- Provide HR monthly reports (Overtime, Training hours, KPI report ) on time and accurate.
Requirements
- University degree in Law, Industrial Engineering or others.
- 4 years of experience in HR business partner, and at least 2 years partnering with Supply Chain or Operation team.
- Conversant with spoken and written English.
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang Brewery.
