Job Description:
As an Employer Branding HR Intern, you will play a key role in shaping and promoting our company's image to attract top talent. You will collaborate with the HR team on recruitment initiatives, assist in employer branding campaigns, and support various HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Recruitment: Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Employer Branding: Help plan, execute, and manage employer branding initiatives to enhance our companys presence on social media, job boards, and other platforms.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that showcases our company culture, values, and employee experiences.
- Event Participation: Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and campus outreach activities to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Market Research: Conduct research on employer branding trends and provide recommendations to improve our strategies.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general HR tasks and provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and employer branding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
