Position: Architect / 3D Visualization Specialist in Real Estate
Location: Seminyak, Bali, Indonesia
Key Responsibilities:
- 3D Rendering: Create photorealistic 3D renderings for real estate projects.
- 3D Modeling: Use AutoCAD and SketchUp to create precise and detailed models.
- Image Editing: Retouch and enhance 3D renderings using Photoshop.
- Video Production: Generate immersive and engaging videos showcasing real estate projects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design and marketing team to ensure visuals meet project needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in 3D rendering and architectural visualization.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software (such as V-Ray or Lumion, twin motion etc..), Photoshop, and video editing software.
- Creativity: Ability to transform concepts into attractive and realistic visualizations.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in renderings and videos.
