• Support the planning and execution of employee events and activities.
• Collaborate with HR to address employee concerns and improve workplace culture.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Understanding of employee engagement principles.
