Job Description

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure support, networking, or systems administration.
  • Basic networking concepts include TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and LAN/WAN.
  • Experience with configuring and maintaining network devices (routers, switches).
  • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of server hardware, network storage, and basic RAID configurations.
  • Experience with backup tools and basic data recovery procedures.
  • Understanding of security best practices (firewall, antivirus, and patch management.
