Key Responsibilities

• Responding to user inquiries and providing technical support via various channels to resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. Troubleshooting problems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Assisting users with setup, installation, configuration, and usage of software applications, operating systems, and hardware devices. Guiding users through troubleshooting steps and providing clear instructions to resolve issues.
• Performing routine maintenance activities, including software updates, patches, and security configurations.
• Creating and updating technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles to facilitate self-help and improve the efficiency of support processes.

Capabilities

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in information technology, computer science, or network engineering. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have experienced to handle troubleshooting, maintain, repair hardware and software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and high-growth organization.
• Having basic knowledge about server system
• Able to demonstrate good decision making skills.
