About The Role:

Are you a dynamic professional looking for new opportunities in the financial services industry Join our team as a Junior QA Engineer at our Main Office, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the testing and quality assurance processes in software development. Creating, executing, and documenting manual and automated test cases to ensure that software applications meet the required standards and function correctly.

Responsibilities:

• Test Case Development: Create detailed and accurate manual and automated test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
• Test Execution Reports: Execute test cases and document the results, including any defects or issues encountered, to provide clear and comprehensive feedback.
• Bug Reports: Identify, log, and track software defects in a bug-tracking system, ensuring they are well-documented with relevant details for the development team.
• Regression Testing: Conduct regression tests to verify that previously developed and tested software still performs correctly after code changes.
• Test Documentation: Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and checklists, to ensure testing processes are well-documented and repeatable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from reputable university, preferably from Computer Science, Software Engineering major.
• More than 1 years of working experience in the same role.
• Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks like Selenium, JIRA, or TestRail for test case management and defect tracking.
• Have knowledge of basic programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript) to create and maintain automated test scripts.
• Understanding of testing methodologies such as black-box, white-box, regression, and integration testing.
• Strong communication and adaptability skills.
