Responsibilities:
- Arrange recruitment activities such as campus hiring, job fair, admission test, and interview
- Manage talent pipeline and candidate pools, including determining resource status and needs
- Provide an excellent onboarding experience and internship program
- Carry out onboarding of new members and ensure their integration with the team goes smoothly
- Conduct behavioral and competency-based interview
- Update and provide timely feedback for all candidate process
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Develop and improve the current recruitment process
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in the human resource field
- Having at least 1 year of Recruitment or Talent acquisition experience in a dynamic environment, Executive Search Firm experience would be preferred
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Comfortable with English-based working environment, minimum B2 Level (Intermediate)
- MS Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) competency
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya
